Position Overview
As an Insurance Account Representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. We are looking for friendly, attentive, and sales-minded professionals. Your role will help improve our customers lives by proactively reviewing and marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career with a competitive base pay (hourly), performance-based commission, and potential performance-based bonus as you help our customers manage the risks of everyday life.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, accurately identify product fit, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to customer, team, and personal success.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
  • Saturday - Sunday, Closed

Compensation $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
